Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Room 200, Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway Street, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 until 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025, for furnishing all tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary to construct the Aerial Crossing Over Fisher Creek.
A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, January 30th, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Spring Lake Public Works Building, Engineering Conference Room, 13101 West 46th Street, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063.
Project includes the following: furnish approximately 275 feet of 16-inch PVC sanitary sewer line, including open cut installation, aerial crossing over a creek, and 30-inch steel casing, connections to the existing sanitary sewer collection system, removal of the existing aerial crossing and manholes, new concrete manholes, sewage bypass pumping as required, 24-inch diameter concrete shafts to support the pipe, demolition of the existing aerial crossing, post-construction video inspection, and various pipe fittings/valves and miscellaneous work.
