Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Room 200, Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 until 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, for furnishing all tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary to construct the 5th Street CDBG Water Line Replacement (Main to Cleveland) project. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Spring Lake Public Works Building, Engineering Conference Room, 13101 West 46th Street, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063.
