Annual memberships are required to access the facility for daily recreational use and classes.
The majority of our members fall under two categories: Resident/Short-Term USER and Area USER
Resident/Short Term USERs include any Sand Springs resident providing a copy of their City of Sand Springs utility bill, listing "resident refuse service." City Council has authorized a small rental discount for those residents.
Area USERs include other Sand Springs area residents, Tulsa metro residents and statewide visitors to this facility.

Case Membership applications are available at the front desk at the Case Community Center. . Card or cash payments may be made during the following operation hours: Monday & Saturday 8am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday 8am-9pm.
All applicants must provide proof of residency, which includes a driver's license and a utility bill. Minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
