The City of Sand Springs currently utilizes our Specific Use Permit process that was originally adopted on February 9, 2004 and updated at various times with the most recent update being on June 25, 2018. This latest update added Medical Marijuana Growing, Processing and Retail Sales to the list of Specific Uses requiring approval of a SUP Application.
